 General Instruction

            -Never Handle or touch pierced areas with dirty hands.  Always wash hands thoroughly before touching or cleaning pierced area.

            -Avoid wearing tight clothing that rub or put pressure on the pierced area that could cause complications and infection.

            -Care begins the same day as the piercing and infection can be avoided when instructions are followed carefully!!!

            -We RECOMMEND a sea salt solution.  Soak and cleanse piercings three times a day..Mix three tablespoons of sea salt (Available at Whole Foods in bulk section) per 8 oz of steam distilled water. (Available at all grocery stores)   Table Salt is NOT an accepable substitute!!

            -For individual cleaning instructions...see appropriate piercing on side bar!

            -With all types of piercings it is normal to have some form of inflammation in the days immediatly following piercing (redness and sometimes swelling).  It should subside in less than a week if care is maintained properly!!!
